Size Small fits 1 - 6 Months. Sole length measures 4 3/4 in., sole width measures 2 1/4 in.

Size Medium fits 7 - 12 Months. Sole length measures 5 1/8 in., sole width measures 2 3/4 in.

Size Large fits 13 - 19 Months. Sole length measures 5 1/2 in., sole width measures 3 in.

Please note that because the foot is three dimensional, any two-dimensional measuring tool such as a ruler can only approximate the true shoe size. Also keep in mind that sheepskin will stretch a little.
